Challenge: Fear of prediabetes and high blood sugar levels, which sometimes exceeded 100 mg/dL before eating.
My experience with Ng has really helped me since I made up my mind to be a fitfam person . I was afraid of diabetes becos my mom is diabetic But she has enlightened me-about diabetes that changed my perception about it.
she’s my nutritionist due to fear of pre diabetes I told Ng I stopped eating carbs but she gave me a suitable meal plan which has helped me a lot by regulating my blood sugar level.
B4 my blood sugar used to get up to 100mg/dl and more, even before I eat my first meal but since I started using her meal plan my blood sugar has come back to normal. When I wake up in the morning if I check my blood sugar it will be 80mg/dl sometimes 75 mg/dl.
So I’m no more scared of my blood sugar rising anymore because I’m using Ng’s meal plan.She’s my fitfam coach my nutritionist and my esthetician all together. She has really helped me alot to understand things about my nutrition, my skincare that I was not aware before and she will calm down to explain and and give you listening ear at all time and as well follow up by checking up on you to ensure your still on the right track.

Challenge: Struggled with PCOS symptoms and weight loss while trying to conceive, eventually losing 10kg and achieving pregnancy.
I was introduced to Ngee when I was dealing with PCOS symptoms and waiting for the fruit of the womb. Prior to meeting her, my husband and I prayed that God should direct us to people that will in one way or the other bring his promise to pass.
Meeting Ngee filled me with knowledge about PCOS and insulin resistance. She encouraged me to visit specialists and run tests.
I was also put on a meal plan and exercise routines to work on my weight which was 96kg. Losing weight with PCOS was hard, but in a few months, I dropped to 86kg.
It was while I was still working on my weight that I took in. The day I told Ngee I was pregnant, she shed tears of joy. That is how passionate she is about her clients.
While pregnant, I continued with the meal plans and frequent walks. Now, my baby is a year plus. Ngee is one to always check up on you even when you are too tired. She is passionate about what she does and how it affects you. She has an amazing personality.

weight loss journey I started my weight loss journey in the month of May 2021. My weightwas 93kg. When I started was so reluctant because I thought everything was going to be hard or end up with the same bad results.
I was mistaken because of how dedicated, patient, kind, sweet, professional, knowledgeable, and encouraging you have been to me and everyone in your coaching class. You made me feel like family to you.
